Hello my name is Stephen E. Richard, Susan "Tigger 2" Richard is my sister. Tigger went to be in Heaven on November 10, 1999 at about 7:22 PM EST.  Below is her Obituary as it appeared in the paper on November 13, 1999.

 Susan L. "Tigger 2" Richard, 31 of Charleston died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 1999, In CAMC Memorial Division after a short illness

She was a member of Campbells Creek Church of the Nazarene, a 1986 graduate of Dupont High school a graduate of West Virginia State College.

Surviving: Parents Keith and the Rev. Daphene Richard of Charleston; brother, Stephen E. Richard of Miami; Grandmothers, Sarah Simmons of Charleston and Jean Herald of Belle.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Stevens-Grass Funeral Home, Malden, with Dr. Mervin Smith, the Rev. Dwight Wiser, the Rev. Byron R. Hissom Sr. officiating.

Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

I deicded it was time to update the site to include some changes in things and add some writings that I had done over the years
